Initially, the client required a native solution for both iOS and Android, which were created in Swift and Kotlin. Our pros crafted fully working native apps that met the highest standards. Project
Taking stress off the shoulders of many traders in the global financial market is not easy. Well, we did it – here’s the app.
Since the first native applications for Android and iOS, this project has significantly evolved. A next generation soft client was required. Thus, we crafted a new MVP. Among the numbers of features, we implemented an automation framework to support validation of the Desktop Application – Chrome browser and desktops windows, I18n localization, parity with Bluewave supported on IQ/Max Touch, and Citrix VDI SDK integration. Briefly – we made a solution that allows trading anywhere and anytime. It allows instant access to all contacts and counterparties via an extremely intuitive end user interface.
Challenges we overcome
Native mobile apps, web platform for traders – every important information is at hand. It was vital to make use of the right technologies – and as always, we nailed it.
Since the first release, the market has changed. So did the technologies, and the needs of traders. It was not only about having all the contacts at hand and sorted. It was also about web development – we used Vue.js – and improving security to meet the highest standards. It’s an app for the global financial market after all. Moreover, we had to forge new features and functionalities to ensure that our digital solution gives our client an edge over the competitors. And we did it.
Solution
The typical day at work of a trader is just full of information. We made a solution that provides the vital data in one or few clicks. We made traders’ lives easier.
The Mobile Client for iOS & Android supports all lines, contacts, and speakers available on turrets. Moreover, all the edits and changes are synchronized with IQ/MAX Touch Turret and with the soft client for Windows. To ensure all the data is accurate, the app works in the background. The Windows soft client is also intuitive, as it has user-customizable color coding for grouping of important contacts (there’s an integration with local MS Outlook contacts), as well as support for Citrix VDI deployments. Trading anywhere and anytime is simple with our solution.
