Mobile App Development Cost
itCraft bills clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labor. The current rates are EUR42-48 (USD48-54) per hour blended fee. Invoices are issued fortnightly unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Customers are charged for the number of hours worked on their project based on a 7-hour effective workday (1 hour is taken for internal meetings, training and other activities which are not billed to the client).
Working in Agile Scrum allows greater flexibility, agility and the opportunity to adjust requirements, shift directions, replace features, and involve users to get the very product they need.
The pricing is highly recommended for projects with dynamic requirements, projects where the full scope is not defined, and those requiring flexibility to changes in scope and requirements.
General Questions
Our technical analysts gather all the information received from you and prepare a list of major functionalities/main modules of your app. Then the complexity of these modules is estimated and translated into the number of hours required to develop them. This is based on our experience creating similar applications and a thorough analysis of your requirements.

Estimation of your project’s cost is one of the initial phases of establishing cooperation. Once you drop us an email to [email protected] or fill out the contact form on our website, we will provide you with a set of questions regarding your mobile or web project and set up an online meeting to discuss details. To ensure confidentiality, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before you give us any sensitive details.
After signing an NDA to protect your idea and any intellectual property that will be disclosed, we will ask you to provide a description of the application. The more details you will be able to give us, the better our understanding of your needs and requirements. Please send us any documentation you might have regarding your project and a description in your own words of what your app is going to be. If you have any UX/UI mockups prepared, they will be a great help as well.
Your estimate will be sent in the form of a slide presentation and will include the following:
1. The team composition for your project
2. Proposed schedule of work incl. start date
3. Estimate of: the number of hours and the overall cost of your development
4. Choice of technologies to be used
5. Additional info about itCraft (portfolio etc..)
The estimation process depends on the size of the project and the amount of information we receive from you. It can take from a few days up to 2-3 weeks to provide you with a thorough estimate. The hourly rates depend on the team members’ competencies, seniority level and the technology proposed for your project. The hourly breakdown in the estimate will show the rates charged for particular team members’ work.
