HCA Assist is a digital tool consisting of mobile and web applications.
This solution provided real-time verification of relevant data including product availability and associated region-specific certifications. The tool integrates with Dräger’s internal systems and offers both online and offline access.
The project began with a pilot version of the mobile app, developed in close collaboration with Dräger’s stakeholders.
Based on user feedback, we expanded the solution to include a web portal and additional functionalities. Annual updates ensure the tool stays aligned with Dräger’s evolving needs and branding guidelines.
