Senior Mobile Developer with Flutter

About the role

🚀 As a Senior Mobile Developer with Flutter in our company, you will be a part of the team with 4 Flutter Developers. On a daily basis, you will work with our development team, which consists of not only developers, but also Project Manager, System Analyst, UX/UI Designers and QA. As a developer you will be properly cared of –  you will be supported by a Team Manager – Dorota who will take care of your development and job satisfaction.

What should you have? 🦾

• Have advanced knowledge of Android/iOS platform with 4+ years native Android/iOS development commercial experience, including at least 2 years in Flutter development,
• Fluency in English – feeling free to work with natives (a must-have, we have international clients),
• Polish at a communicative level (our company communication is conducted in Polish).

Nice to have* 👏🏼 

• Ability to mentor and onboard other team members, Android/iOS/Flutter developers,
• Ability to learn new technologies,
• Experience implementing mobile apps in stores (Google Play, App Store),
• Portfolio of mobile apps (Github or Google Play),
• Knowledge of design patterns,
• Knowledge of reactive programming (RxJava / RxSwift), platform-specific networking libraries (eg. Retrofit for Android), etc.
• Experience in using the following tools: Jenkins, Jira, Firebase, SonarQube,
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services,
• Experience in creating unit tests,
• Any background in hybrid app development is a plus.

What will you get? ✨

• B2B contract at an hourly rate of 95 PLN/h – 150 PLN PLN/h or an employment contract of 12,000 – 19,000 PLN gross (if you decide to have employment contract, due to the nature of the work, you can benefit from increased tax deductible costs. It means that the actual of net remuneration will be higher than in the standard case [without tax relief]),
• Work 100% remote or on-site at one of our itCraft offices in Bydgoszcz or Toruń; also a coworking space in Warsaw is available for a few days a month,
