- Minimum 3 years of sales experience,
- Ability to form business partnerships,
- Practical knowledge of sales techniques, negotiating, presentations,

- High availability, ready for business travel (incl. international),
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher),
- Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite,

- Driver’s licence (category B).
- Experience in B2B sales, IT or marketing,

- Knowledge of other languages.
- Acquiring new clients, initiating communication,
- Calling and emailing with potential clients in English and Polish,
- Recognising clients’ needs and advising on proposed solutions,
- Preparation of contracts, offers and presentations,
- Establishing and maintaining client relations,
- Realising of sales KPIs,
- Sales of itCraft’s products and services in the international markets,
