Business Development Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience,
  • Ability to form business partnerships,
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques, negotiating, presentations,
  • Stress resistance,
  • Highly organised,
  • Independence, creativity, sales target oriented,
  • High availability, ready for business travel (incl. international),
  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher),
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite,
  • University degree,
  • Driver’s licence (category B).

Additional skills

  • Experience in B2B sales, IT or marketing,
  • Interest in new technologies,
  • Knowledge of other languages.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new clients, initiating communication,
  • Calling and emailing with potential clients in English and Polish,
  • Recognising clients’ needs and advising on proposed solutions,
  • Preparation of contracts, offers and presentations,
  • Establishing and maintaining client relations,
  • Realising of sales KPIs,
  • Sales of itCraft’s products and services in the international markets,
  • Attending events and expos.
